A complete compiled passive RF intelligence pipeline: emission detection, direction-of-arrival estimation, adaptive beamforming, track-before-detect, trajectory integrity validation, geolocation, and cognitive EW state management — in a single binary.

Selective Harmonic Elimination has had a known problem for four decades: the field knows solutions exist but finding all of them — for arbitrary configurations — was considered intractable. Every published method finds one solution and stops.
SHE Designer finds every solution. Certified. Then optimizes across five physical objectives: THD, weighted THD, torque ripple, DC capacitor stress, and flux trajectory circularity.
A deterministic synthesis solver that places certified nulls to machine precision in real time. Validated across 9 military frequency bands from GPS L1 through Ka-band. Null depths reach −320 to −329 dB — the mathematical ceiling of double-precision arithmetic — providing greater than 300 dB of headroom before hardware impairments.
Every solution is independently verifiable in MATLAB against the universal array factor equation.
The DOA engine is benchmarked head-to-head against MUSIC and ESPRIT on 1,518,000 labeled IQ frames using the Stoica-Nehorai narrowband ULA model — the field standard for phased array validation. All three algorithms ran on identical data with identical random seeds.
The benchmark dataset — TSD-DOA-Benchmark-v1 — is publicly released on Zenodo under CC0. Any organization can download it and verify results independently.
All results are produced by a deterministic Monte Carlo benchmark suite. Master seed: 20260424. Run it again — you get the same numbers. The DOA benchmark is public on Zenodo. Anyone can verify.
